Mr E rode his motorcycle and did donuts around the the parking lot causing a lot of smoke and noise so the police were called.

Mr. Arthur Barrett! His car was stolen from the school parking lot, and when the police attended at the school to take his statement his students thought he was being arrested! Apparently it was hilarious!

The racoons had gotten stuck in the garbage bins in the parking lot and Mr. Penstock almost got bitten by one. The police came to lend a hand.

Pastor Bob Tetz, created the Deer Lake Family song along with this first band class.

Shine Deza Mariano, while a student at DLS and a part of JSJC. (Shine and JSJC will be singing at the 50th anniversary weekend!) Previously, in the 80s and 90s, students sang the classic “Family” as their theme song.

Principal Caren Erikson co-wrote the Deer Lake Family song with Molly Ryden.
